"I came to Firebrand* to gain knowledge and hopefully certification in both A+ and Net+. I had not taken an on line exam before, and in fact had not taken an exam for 22 years. I enjoyed the week immensely and have left with A+ certification (just missed the Net+, will come back and do that again) and a great deal of knowledge, background and understanding of the subject. It's an intense, tiring and emotional week, but very enjoyable, I would recommend it to anyone! Although you need to be highly motivated and have the desire to not only pass the modules but to extend your knowledge and experience."

The only complaint I have got is the exams. when i was sitting my first part of the A+ there was already an exam going on in the same room as my exam, and they had already started. It was a bit off-putting. but overall I'll give firebrand 10/10"
