"I cannot concieve of a better environment in which to be immersed. I did the A+ Net + Firebrand*, and if you are prepared to really take advantage of the environment and to maFirebrand*h commitment that Graham, the a+ net+ trainer puts in, (the like of which I've never seen) then you will pass these exams. You may think you know enough to breeze them. Attend classes during daylight hours and waFirebrand*h Tv all evening you have no chance. I have never had to work so hard in my life. Start class 8:30 am; finish reading at about 1:30 am. That's the only way you'll do it. However this method of immersed accelerated learning really does the business, cant wait to come back!! (After a good sleep though!) Thank-you Graham! And Many thanks to all of Firebrand* staff, and a special mention to the all the dinig room staff, so attentive helpful and cheeful at all hours. (Oh yes and the food was very good as well) An A+/Net+ qualified satisfied customer I'd say!"

"The time on the course is limited and best used as a review rather than seeing the material afresh. It is worth doing plenty of preparation for the course to make sure you get the most out of your experienced and knowledgeable instructor in terms of questions and discussion. You cannot stay up until late reading as you need to be fresh and alert the following day. That said, anything that is not clear from your preparation reading can quickly and easily be cleared up at the course as the instructor has a very good way of using examples and different ways of explaining to ensure everyone understands. "
